WE HAVE RELEASED ADDITIONAL ASSIST OBSERVER PLACES AND ONE TREATMENT PROVIDER PLACE FOR SEPT 2023 
THESE WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS 

In the event that after you have booked, we inform you that the spaces had already been booked, you will be automatically given a place on the next cohort, or offered a refund
