BSA Case Guidance

To register for ongoing case guidance you must be an existing delegate from our flagship course.

Fees paid for case guidance gives you unlimited guidance from Dr Sam Jethwa for the 30 day period in which you have paid. There is no limit to how long you sign up for guidance. £1500 will be payable for each 30 day period on a recurring subscription payment that is automatically charged. Cancellation of the subscription entitles you to ongoing case guidance for the period that has been paid in full. Thereafter, you will not be eligible for further case guidance unless a new subscription is set up. Cancellation of the subscription does not entitle you to a partial/full refund. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time however the above terms will apply.

This mini mentorship is about expanding on the foundations you have learned on the 6 Day Hands on Course and provides you with case guidance with your own patients.

In order for Dr Sam Jethwa to provide case guidance each case must be uploaded on to the BSA case guidance document in your dashboard. We recommend downloading a blank copy of this so you know what records are required for each case upload. Bespoke Smile Academy have the right to refuse to give case guidance if there has been failure to complete the case guidance document.

Once the case guidance document is filled out it must be submitted on the dashboard under ‘CASE SUBMISSION’.

The BSA faculty may provide case guidance on the rare occasion that Dr Sam Jethwa is unable to.
