New to cosmetic dentistry, after 12 months 1-1 mentorship not only won the clinical dentistry awards for the 10 unit porcelain veneer case treated on the course, but has secured 3 purely cosmetic, private associate roles. Focussing only on cosmetic dentistry, high value treatment, and regularly doubled monthly income levels. Hassan won clinical dentistry awards, with the case he treated on the course, thanks to our mentorship. No cosmetic experience, then 18m after 1-1 wins best aesthetic dentist.

Dr Aamir

Proficient at composite and invisalign, with a self made brand with goals to increase porcelain veneer treatment uptake and move confidently away from reliance on composite. Within 6 months of mentorship, converted and treated over 10 multiple unit porcelain veneer cases in his own clinic. Recouping all mentorship fees, and opening a new clinic focussed on cosmetic dentistry.

Dr Preya

No cosmetic experience, started the 6months mentorship whilst in NHS and mixed practice, and has now secured a cosmetic referral position at a fully private clinic. Has completed 8-10 unit ceramic cases, and has clarity on occlusion, comprehensive treatment planning, and ethical sales.

Dr Cony

20 years qualified, multiple courses under her belt – goals to finally clear up occlusion and deliver full mouth rehabilitations predictably, and convert high value cases, above £8000 a case. Recouped mentorship investment within the first 3 months of 6 months 1-1 mentorship, and now receiving weekly referrals for full mouth rehabilitations, and on track to 2x annual income. Dr Cony now focuses on referral dentistry, doing what she wants to do, when she wants to do it, full mouth rehabilitations, and is able to convert full mouth cases into high value treatments utilising not only composites, but also ceramic. A reputation has now been built in her region for the dentist to visit for full mouth restorative dentistry.

Dr Karolina

A young dentist, looking to secure a strong future within cosmetic dentistry in the UK, had completed some training in the past and was seeking clarity with treatment planning, occlusion, and hands on skill to create bespoke smiles. Started the 1-1 mentorship for 6months whilst in fully NHS or denplan clinics with little uptake of cosmetics, and through the program secured an interview for an associate position with high quality patients, and the opportunity to take on new cosmetic cases, using the conversion workflows learnt through the bsa residency.
