The 6 day course delegates cannot be accepted if offering dentistry from within a predetermined radius of Bespoke Smile clinic in Marlow. This is because BSA promote via our website, a Find a BSA dentist, and by promoting dentists within a proximity we would not be protecting the associates at Bespoke Smile Clinic, who are part of the BSA faculty. All other BSA courses are accessible with no restrictions.

Completing the booking form and paying the first instalment or full amount confirms your place on the course, and confirms your agreement to pay the total course fees according to the schedule.

The course fees include:
– All equipment and materials required for the course
– Hands on training days in Marlow, Buckinghamshire
– Preferential access to the Bespoke Smile Academy Clinical support group

Dates are subject to change with at least 6 weeks notice but rarely do.

Deposits are non refundable. ALL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE FROM 9 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE START DATE – THIS IS BECAUSE PLACES ARE HIGHLY LIMITED AND PATIENTS NEED TO BE PREPARED FOR TREATMENT.

Any no shows by delegates or patients, or inability to attend for any reason cannot be refunded. Delegates may not transfer their places without prior agreement.

Delegates are urged to recruit a patient to bring to the course from their own practices. Patients must be approved as suitable by us prior to commencement of the course and we help to treatment plan them before the course for any pre treatment such as ortho/health. If a treatment provider brings a patient, we do not collect fees from the patient; the delegate will charge the patient fees at their own clinic. Lab fees are payable by the dentist (up to £200 per tooth) to Bespoke Smile Academy Ltd within 28 days of receipt.

Treatment providers who require patients, can inform us up to 4 months before Day 1, there will be a surcharge of £1650-£2500 for us to provide the patient depending on the case, this is not always possible for us to do so please recruit patients early.

You will be allocated a group upon booking. Please see the website for dates.
If you cannot attend a day for any reason during the course, you will still be expected to pay for that session by the pre-specified date, even if you do not attend. If the session is repeated in a future course, you may attend this session at no charge (subject to availability). If you cannot attend the suggested alternative dates (if we are able to provide them), additional fees will apply and we are not required to offer further recap days. If clinical days can be rearranged, additional fees will be chargeable.

All courses at BSA are post graduate level, not suitable for undergraduates. Those who go on to complete the Diploma level, will gain a Level 7 Diploma.

We recommend those paying to assess ability to use tax deductions for this course with a qualified financial advisor.

You must be indemnified; no liability is taken by the course provider for any injury sustained on/during the course.

Feedback forms must be completed and submitted in full to obtain verifiable CPD following completion of the course.
